Stainless steel trash can
✅ Case Study: Public Space Waste Management Upgrade
Industry: Municipal Facility Maintenance
Application: Outdoor Stainless Steel Trash Receptacles
🧩 The Challenge
A public park system was struggling with frequent vandalism, rusting bins, and overflowing waste during peak visitor hours. Their existing plastic and low-grade metal trash cans were easily damaged, hard to clean, and lacked durability in humid, high-traffic environments.
✅ Our Solution
We delivered 50 high-durability trash receptacles made from 304-grade stainless steel, with a 1.2 mm wall thickness and a satin-finish powder coating. The solution was customized for outdoor public environments with the following features:
Anti-Vandal Construction: Reinforced rims and hidden hinge locks deter damage and tampering.
All-Weather Durability: 304 stainless steel resists rust and corrosion. Graffiti can be easily wiped off using standard cleaners.
Optimized Capacity: Each unit includes an 80-liter removable inner bucket with a quick-release system, reducing overflow and improving collection efficiency.
📊 Results
Zero corrosion or structural failures reported after 12+ months of outdoor use
75% reduction in maintenance hours, due to less graffiti cleanup and no rust treatment
Improved public feedback, with noticeably higher cleanliness ratings in post-installation surveys
